Important Hygiene Notice:

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear, lingerie, or any intimate apparel unless the items are faulty. This includes items from our Dresses, Pants, Shorts, Skirts, Sweatshirts, and Tops collections that fall under these categories.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3-5 business days), we will process your refund or exchange. You’ll receive an email notification when complete.
