Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear, lingerie, or any intimate apparel unless the items are faulty. This includes all items from our Dresses, Pants, Shorts, Skirts, Sweatshirts, and Tops collections that fall under these categories.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  2. Complete the Return/Exchange Request Form (template provided below).
  3. Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send you return instructions within 2 business days.
  4. Package your return – Once approved, securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  5. Ship your return – Send the package to our returns center at the address provided in your approval email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3-5 business days of arrival at our facility), we will process your refund or exchange. You will receive an email notification when this is complete.

Refund Timelines:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Exchange Process
