Where does Tops Zone ship?
We ship worldwide to most countries! However, we currently cannot ship to some Asian countries and remote regions. If you’re unsure about delivery to your location, feel free to contact us before ordering.

We offer two convenient shipping methods:
  1. Standard Shipping ($12.95 USD) via DHL or FedEx: 10-15 business days after dispatch (includes tracking and insurance)
  2. Free Shipping via EMS for orders over $50 USD: 15-25 business days after dispatch
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our Oakland headquarters before shipping.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number on the carrier’s website (DHL, FedEx, or EMS) to follow your package’s journey to your doorstep!
Will I need to pay customs fees?
